What's the thing that's most on your mind right now?
We start with what you actually want, not what you think the solution is. Everything else flows from here.
Your business
What do you sell, and what's the part you actually want to be selling more of?
Most businesses have a menu. We want to know what's on it, and what part of it matters most to you. That's usually different from what you lead with.
Where you're at
How are people finding you right now?
We want to understand what's already working before we talk about anything else. The best next move usually comes from what you already have.
What's been tried
What have you already spent money or time on to grow?
So we're not recommending something you've already done. And so we understand what didn't work and why. That's usually more useful than starting from scratch.
How you work
How much time do you have for this, and how involved do you want to be?
We need to plan around your actual life, not an ideal version of it. The best strategy is one you can execute. Some things need you. Some things we can carry. We want to know which is which for you.
Planning together
What can you put toward growth right now?
This is how we plan, not how we judge. If we know your budget, we can tell you what's actually possible. Not recommending tactics you can't execute. Not holding back ones you could. There's no wrong answer.

We've got it.
Our team reads every submission. If it looks like something we can move on, you'll hear from us, usually within two business days.
We read it. Not a junior account manager. Not an automated score.
If it's a fit, we'll reach out to schedule a conversation about your business.
If it isn't, we'll tell you that too, and why.
Why we ask this first
Most people skip straight to the solution.
We don't. Every business is different. Someone might say "I want more clients" when what they actually need is fewer clients who pay more. Or they want to stop doing the thing that's eating their time and start doing the thing they're actually good at.
If we assumed what you wanted, we'd be just like every other agency. We'd show up with a plan that fits a template, not you.
Why this matters
What you offer and what you should be growing around are two different things.
Every business we've worked with has products and services they offer. Usually one or two things they actually want to build the whole business around. Those two things are rarely the same. The ones that grow are the ones that figure out which part of what they do is most profitable, most repeatable, and most matched to how they want to spend their time. Then build everything around that.
Before we recommend anything
We need to know what's already moving.
The biggest mistake is adding new channels before you understand the ones you have. Word of mouth converting at 75%? That tells us something about your trust and your market. Google sending you 25% from page 13? That tells us there's a floor we haven't hit yet. We audit before we build.
Why this matters more than you think
What didn't work is more useful than starting from zero.
When someone's tried an agency, spent on SEO, or hired someone and hit a wall. That's not a failure story. That's data. It tells us where the constraint actually is. Usually the thing that didn't work wasn't wrong. It was done in the wrong order, or built on something that wasn't ready. Simple fixes, done in the right sequence, move the needle faster than expensive new tactics.
How we think about this
The best plan is one you'll actually follow.
We've seen plans fall apart because they didn't match how someone actually works. Three videos a week sounds doable until it isn't. The plan needs to fit your life, your time, and what you're actually willing to do. You're the brand. The closer the work is to who you are, the more of it actually gets done.
How we use this
Budget tells us what's possible. Not whether we work together.
There's no wrong number here. What we're trying to avoid is recommending tactics you can't execute. If we know what you can put toward this, we can tell you honestly: here's what we can do with that, here's what we'd need more to do, and here's what to prioritize. That's a plan. Guessing around it isn't.
What happens next
No auto-reply. No sales call. No pitch deck.
Our team reads this personally. If what you've shared looks like something they can move on, we reach out directly to have a conversation about your business. If it's not a fit right now, they'll tell you that clearly, and why. That's the commitment.
